Typeahead Input for Time Zone Selection in Organization Details |
The Time Zone selector on the Organization Details tab will use a typeahead input instead of a standard dropdown list. Administrators can type to quickly search and filter the list of time zones rather than scrolling through the full list. |

Admin - Contact Match Window Column Misalignment and Double Scroll Bar When Expanding Rows |
When using the PowerSchool Contact match window with Enhanced Match Criteria enabled, expanding or collapsing contact rows and toggling column visibility caused the data columns to become misaligned from their headers. The match window also improperly expanded in height, introducing an unnecessary second scroll bar. This has been resolved. |
Admin - Family Account Search Timeout in Admin Portal |
When an administrator searched for family accounts, the search could intermittently time out and display an error message instead of returning results. This was more likely to occur in districts with large numbers of family records. This has been resolved. |
Admin - Form Builder Preview Not Reflecting Recent Changes |
When an administrator made changes to a form in the Form Builder and clicked the Preview button, the preview window could display the previous version of the form without the recent edits. The preview window was opening before the save operation completed, causing it to load outdated form data. This has been resolved. |
Admin - Scheduled Form Dates Reset After Changing Form Settings |
If a form was set to the Scheduled status with specific open and close dates, and the administrator then changed a form setting such as "Show on Family Portal Home Page," the scheduled dates were overwritten, and the form could become inaccessible with an error. This has been resolved. |
Admin - School Locator Data Outputs Missing When Multiple Zoned Schools Are Displayed |
When the School Locator was configured with Multiple School Results set to "Show All Options" and "Allow Parent to Select from Results" enabled, the school's data outputs were not saved to the submission record. The school name was captured, but the remaining school detail fields were blank. This has been resolved. |
Parent - Incorrect Layout Displayed on Phones in Landscape Mode |
When a parent rotated certain phones to landscape mode while completing a multi-page form, the desktop layout was incorrectly displayed instead of the mobile layout. This has been resolved. |
Parent - Person Management Fields Disappearing After Repeated Use of Remove and Restore Contact |
Rapidly selecting the "Remove Contact" and "Restore Contact" buttons sometimes caused related fields to disappear. This has been resolved. |
Parent - Person Management Read-Only Fields Editable When Field Value Is Empty |
When a form was configured with Person Management, and a contact was prepopulated, fields designated as "Read-Only if Prepopulated" were incorrectly displayed as editable if the field value was blank. This allowed parents to modify fields in prepopulated contacts that should have been protected as read-only. This has been resolved. |
Parent - Person Management Snapping Error |
When a parent submitted a form for one student and then began a second form for a sibling, choosing to import data from the previous submission, an error, "An Unexpected Problem Has Occurred," was displayed, preventing the parent from starting the form. This occurred on forms configured with the updated Person Management settings, with Person Management Snapping enabled. This has been resolved. |
Parent - Public Form Submission Silently Blocked When Text Field Contains an Apostrophe |
When a parent entered a value containing an apostrophe (for example, "O'Brien") in a text field on a public form that was configured with a validation pattern allowing apostrophes, the form submission failed silently. The "Submitting" indicator appeared briefly and then disappeared without displaying a validation error or submitting the form. This has been resolved. |
Parent - Translated Forms Load in English When Accessed via SSO |
When a parent accessed a translated form through PowerSchool SIS Single Sign-On, the form always loaded in English regardless of the form's configured language. This has been resolved. |
