Right-to-Left Language Support in Parent Portal | The Enrollment Parent portal is now rendered in a right-to-left (RTL) orientation when the parent has selected an applicable language from the Language picker. This enhancement introduces a framework that adjusts the layout and alignment of content across the portal to accommodate languages such as Arabic, Dari, and Pashto. All major areas and workflows of the Parent portal render in a right-to-left orientation. This includes the Create an Account and Sign In pages, the Parent dashboard and app header bar, and print template generation. Forms are also rendered in RTL orientation, affecting form elements, form content, list values, navigation components, and add-on features such as School Locator and Address Validation. Supported text inputs throughout the Parent Portal align to the right and dynamically set the text direction based on the first strongly directional character entered by a parent. Form’s Additional Content pages display in RTL format, including the Introduction page and the Submission Confirmation page. Payment-related configurations, such as fee descriptions and payment method details, are also displayed in RTL format. These changes are fully responsive and apply across desktop and mobile devices. RTL support has not been extended to Parent portal modules that do not yet support localization, including Appointments, Checklists, Decisions, and Recommendations. The Customer Admin Portal is also excluded from this feature's scope. |
Localized Print Templates | Print templates now fully support localization, given that the form has at least one non-English language enabled. Translations for Name, Custom Title, Header, Header (First Page), Footer, Footer (First Page), and Body Content print template properties can now be defined within the Admin Portal for each print template type. The Custom Title and Body Content print template properties may be translated using a rich text editor, which automatically sets the appropriate text direction for the given selected language. You can also generate a print template preview in a non-English language via a Preview ($Language) link that is accessed within the Print Template configuration page. The Print Forms and Download Forms workspace tasks have also been enhanced to support the generation of localized print templates. If a form contains at least one non-English language, each of these workspace task dialog windows allows you to choose the language in which the print templates are generated: either English or Language used by parent. When the Language used by parent option is chosen, the generated print template will be rendered in the language that was used by the parent to submit the form. When the Language used by parent option is chosen when performing the Download Forms task, the language used by the parent is appended to the filename(s) for each selected print template: for example, |

Localized Date Picker Form | The Date special element within the Form Builder has been enhanced to support localization. When a user is viewing an Enrollment form in a language other than English and clicks into the Date element, the Calendar dialog displays the month and abbreviations for the days of the week in the corresponding language. For languages that use a right-to-left text direction, the functionality of the previous month and next month buttons is flipped (that is, the left arrow proceeds to the next month in the future). |
Resolved Issues

Admin - Print template links redirect to the Introduction page in Preview mode | When a print template link was clicked on the Submission Confirmation page or from the Submission Confirmation Popup dialog while in Preview mode, the user was redirected to the Introduction page instead of the print template being generated. This has been resolved. |
Admin - Auto-Tagging Rules Timeout | Intermittent timeouts occurred when evaluating roster and submission tagging rules, resulting in tags not being applied to some records. Improvements have been made to the database transaction handling to minimize the possibility of these errors, and command timeouts have been increased for these stored procedures. |
Parent - Special characters display incorrectly for some browser tab titles | If a form title contained a special character (for example: |

Payment Management Services | PowerSchool Enrollment’s Payment Management Services feature is discontinued. Payment transactions through Payment Management Services are no longer successful, and parents are prevented from submitting forms using an online payment method through Payment Management Services. Online payments through Payment Integration Services are still supported. Forms that are still configured to use Payment Management Services display warning messages on the Payment page and instruct parents to reach out to the school or district when attempting to make an online payment. |
