Tag History in Roster Workspace | Users with permission profiles that grant access to manage at least one Roster workspace tag can now view a Tag History section within the student record view.
The Tag History dialog includes a searchable, paginated table displaying the record’s tag history in descending chronological order, with columns for the date or time of the action, the user responsible, the tag name, and the action (applied or removed). The search in the dialog is enabled for all column entries. The Tag History will begin creating entries upon deployment of this release. |

Sorting PowerSchool SIS Contacts in Match Window | Contacts displayed in the Match window are sorted based on how closely they match the contact data from the delivery record. Matching criteria include the contact’s ID, first name, last name, address(es), phone number(s), and email address(es). Each field is assigned a weighted point value based on its similarity to the delivery record. The total points determine the order in which potential matches appear, helping you quickly identify the most relevant contact. Note: Requires Enhanced Match Criteria to be enabled and PowerSchool SIS version 25.3+. |

PowerSchool SIS Contact Column Visibility in Match Window | The PowerSchool Contacts Match window now includes four toggleable links that allow users to show or hide the following columns:
Clicking any of these links hides the corresponding column from view. You can click the link again to make the column visible. Additionally, each user's visibility preferences are saved at the school or district level. Your selections will persist across future sessions, including delivery batches, delivery configurations, and academic years, providing a consistent and personalized experience. Expandable Rows for PowerSchool SIS Contacts in Match Window | Rows in the PowerSchool Contacts Match window can now be expanded to display additional information about each contact. When expanded, three side-by-side tables appear, showing all active Address, Phone, and Email records associated with that contact. Users can expand multiple contact rows at once. Additionally, each row's expanded or collapsed state is preserved even when navigating between pages within the match dialog, ensuring a seamless and efficient review experience.
