Typeahead Input

The Dropdown element has been enhanced to support typeahead behavior. When enabled, users can start typing into the field to filter and select from the available options, instead of scrolling through the full list. This is particularly useful for form fields that reference extensive sets of list options.

The typeahead option is available everywhere dropdown elements are supported, including all form types (except schoolrecs), preview mode, localization, linked lists, workspaces, and import/export processes.

A Typeahead checkbox has been added to the Dropdown element’s configuration settings. When selected, the field displays placeholder text “Type to search…” and narrows the list as users type. Results are matched in a case-insensitive way, ignore accented characters, and return partial matches. If the searched entry does not match any available list option, the field will be cleared and return to its default state.

Delete Forms' Uploaded Documents

Customers can now request to permanently delete all uploaded documents on a form-by-form basis. This process is initialized by your Support team upon request, and permanently deletes documents associated with the published action, including:

  • Documents: uploaded documents associated with DocumentFields, HiddenFields configured to store documents, and ImageFields.

  • Document GUIDs: document GUIDs within DocumentFields, HiddenFields configured to store documents, and ImageFields from each workspace record.

When a deletion is scheduled, it is added to a queue and processed nightly between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM CT. The deletion jobs are handled in the order they were submitted, one at a time. If a job is not completed during that window, it is automatically carried over to be executed the next night.

These actions are permanent and unrecoverable, and should only be requested after being made aware of possible downstream impacts.

  • Documents: uploaded documents associated with DocumentFields, HiddenFields configured to store documents, and ImageFields.

Improved Geocode Results for US Addresses

School Locator has been enhanced to improve address accuracy when determining a student’s assigned school. Enrollment now leverages a more accurate rooftop-level geocoding license to place addresses more precisely, resulting in more reliable zoning results. This enhancement requires the use of GIS polygons and applies to addresses within the United States.
