Tag History in Submission Workspace

Users with permission profiles that grant access to manage at least one Submission workspace tag can now view a Tag History section within the student record view.

If no tags have been applied or removed, the section will state: This record has no tag history. If tags have been applied or removed, a View Tag History link will be displayed, opening a dialog with the record's tag history.

The Tag History dialog includes a searchable, paginated table displaying the record’s tag history in descending chronological order, with columns for the date/time of the action, the user responsible, the tag name, and the action (applied or removed). The search in the dialog is enabled for all column entries.

When a tag is automatically applied to or removed from a submission record via submission auto-tagging rules, auto polish rules, address verification tagging, or delivery workflow exceptions, the attributed user responsible column will be displayed as System Rule. In all other scenarios, the email address of the user who took the action will be displayed.

The Tag History will begin creating entries upon deployment of this release.

Payment Page Title Contrast and Not Allowed Cursor in Family Portal

The contrast of the Payment page title within the page navigation menu of the Family Portal has been adjusted to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, thus improving visibility and readability for users with visual impairments. The cursor now changes to a not allowed icon when hovering over disabled navigation elements, such as the Payment page while the form is incomplete. This visual cue is also applied to the Previous button on the Introduction page and the Next button on the Summary page when the form is incomplete, providing clearer feedback to users.

One to Many (Manual) Match Window Design Change

The Match Window displayed on the delivery page when attempting to match one-to-many records has been updated with a more modern style.

Student and Contact Match Window Design Change

The Match Window displayed on the delivery page when attempting to match students and contacts has been updated with a more modern style.

Recurring Email Log Design Change

The table on the Recurring Email Log page has been updated with a more modern style.

Parent - System Message Contrast in Family Portal

The contrast ratios of Info, Warning, Success, and Error system messages throughout the Family Portal needed adjustment to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, thus improving visibility and readability for users with visual impairments. This has been resolved.

Admin - Removing Trailing Spaces Using Auto Polish Rule

When the TRIMEND polish rule was applied to a form field and auto polishing enabled, extraneous trailing spaces were not removed from the applicable data values upon importing records into the Submission workspace. This has been resolved.

Admin - Remove Old Contact Emails from PS SIS

When a PowerSchool API delivery had the Remove Old Contact Emails option set to All Types, and a contact in the delivery record was configured to integrate with at least one email-related field, then regardless of the presence of data in that email-related field, preexisting emails were not being removed from the matched SIS Contact after data delivery. This has been resolved.
