Admin - Response Reports

On rare occasions, Response reports experienced loading failures due to duplicate share permission entries within the form. This has been resolved, and additional safeguards have been implemented to prevent the system from mistakenly duplicating share permissions in the future.

Responder - Autocomplete Data Set

Previously, when administrators attempted to link an Auto-complete Data Set to a Single Line Text element and selected the Gen Table Category as the Custom Auto-complete Data Set, the responders were unable to choose the value in the form response if the Gen Table Category value contained special characters such as a colon (:). This has been resolved.

Admin - Product Version in Form Pages

The Product Version was previously displayed multiple times on various Ecollect Forms and Enrollment Express pages, particularly in the Response Reports and Manage Forms sections. This has been addressed, and the duplicate versions have been removed.

Responder - Form Response

Previously, responders faced limitations when attempting to resize medium and large paragraph text elements while submitting a form response. Although resizing was possible for small paragraph text elements, it was not available for medium and large ones. This has been resolved, allowing responders to resize medium and large paragraph elements similar to small paragraph text elements.

Admin - Edit Forms

Previously, if an administrator lacked permission for the configuration in the menu path: Student -- Search for Attachments and District Management -- Attachment Settings found in Security -- Page Management -- Configure Page Permissions for All Groups, they could not edit forms using the form editor. This has been resolved.

Admin - Pre-Registration Approval

Previously, when a plus sign (+) was included in an email address submitted through the Pre-registration form, the administrator encountered an error while attempting to approve the submission from the Pre-Registration Reports. This has been resolved.

Previously, when administrators logged in, they occasionally encountered an incorrect error message stating, Error enabling Parent and Student SSO. This has been resolved.
