Description

Admin - Improved CMP Form Sync

School and district administrators can now benefit from improved Form Synchronization from the CMP in Enrollment Express/Ecollect Forms. Previously, when synchronizing forms via CMP by navigating to Forms - Manage Forms Templates - Synchronize Form Templates, administrators would see only the form being synchronized without any dynamic form translations, even if the form stored in CMP contained them. This required administrators to manually add all translations to each element within the form using the dynamic translations option in the Form Builder, causing significant inconvenience.

With improved CMP Form Sync, if the form template uploaded in the CMP is created based on the PowerSchool SIS locale and Enrollment Express/Ecollect Forms is migrated to the PowerSchool SIS locale using the Admin - Locale Management feature (introduced in the Ecollect Forms/Enrollment Express 24.12.0.0 release), administrators will be able to fetch dynamic form translations along with the CMP Form Sync. This means dynamic form translations will be available in the form builder against the respective form elements.

Exceptions:

  • If the migration to PowerSchool SIS locales is completed and a form uploaded in the CMP contains dynamic form translations based on existing Enrollment Express/Ecollect Forms locales, the form will be imported without any translations.

  • If the migration to PowerSchool SIS locales is not completed and a form uploaded in the CMP contains dynamic form translations based on existing Enrollment Express/Ecollect Forms locales, the form will be imported without any translations.

  • If the migration to PowerSchool SIS locales is not completed and a form uploaded in the CMP contains dynamic form translations based on PowerSchool SIS locales, the form will be imported without any translations.

Prerequisite:

To enable the improved CMP Form Sync, the Ecollect Forms/Enrollment Express must be migrated to PowerSchool SIS locales using the Admin - Locale Management feature introduced in the Ecollect Forms/Enrollment Express 24.12.0.0 release.

Resolved Issues

Description

Reference

Admin - Form Save Error

In rare instances, administrators cannot save any forms when an upgrade is only partially completed due to an incomplete run of SQL scripts. This has been resolved.

EEC-32046

Admin - Form Approval

When workflow mapping options were configured within the form under the Contacts element, the administrator encountered an issue while approving the form from the student forms page resulting in neither approval nor an error message. This has been resolved.

EEC-31540

Admin - Pre-Registration

Previously, Enrollment Express Pre-registration could not deliver dates to State Reporting fields unless the field name contained the word date. This has been resolved and the system will now deliver dates correctly to SIS Reporting fields having the date type, rather than relying on the presence of the word date in the field name, which was an incorrect approach.

EEC-29824

Admin - Form Builder

Previously, administrators could link the ID in the PowerSchool field to a form element. However, after submitting this student form, updating the form data in PowerSchool SIS caused technical problems for the student whose ID was updated. Since the ID is a critical, uniquely identifiable student field, it will no longer be available for selection in the PowerSchool field for any form element moving forward.

EEC-23758

Admin - SIS Document Attachment Permissions

When an administrator attempts to upload an attachment in the SIS Document Attachment element in a form without the necessary permissions, the upload fails without any error or warning. This has been resolved. Admins will now see an error message if they lack the required permissions to upload attachments in the SIS Document Attachment form.

EEC-14254

Admin - Student Support Plan

When a student had multiple support plans using the same form in two or more plans, the checkbox element values from one plan were incorrectly retained in another. This issue has been resolved. Checkbox values are now correctly stored and managed independently for each support plan.

EEC-13332

Responder - Response List (Mobile)

When accessing a form on a mobile device, responders cannot view the response list within the form, as it does not load. This has been resolved.

EEC-30795

Responder - Enhanced Collection Table

When responders selected the Allow For Other dropdown menu option in the Enhanced Collection table, the text entered with this option was not saved upon submission. This has been resolved.

EEC-15698

Responder - Contact Element

Previously, responders could see the Add and Edit buttons for contacts within a contact element in the form, even when the contact element was set to view-only within the Form Builder Element Permissions. This has been resolved. The Add and Edit buttons will no longer be visible if the contacts are set as view-only for a responder.

EEC-15024

Responder - Contact Management

When a responder tried to remove a contact in a form, they encountered an error if it was associated with data access. The error message was grammatically incorrect. This has been resolved, and users will receive the correct error message: Contact cannot be removed if associated with Data Access. However, you can edit the contact information details.

EEC-14777

Responder - Event Calendar

When users attempt to filter the event calendar by a specific provider, an error would occasionally occur instead of displaying the filtered events. This has been resolved.

EEC-9298

Responder - Document Attachment Element

When users attempt to upload, download, or view attachments in the Document Attachment Element, an error intermittently occurs if the document title contains special characters. This has been resolved.
