Admin - Category Completion Report

Previously, when an administrator selected a District Office in the PowerSchool SIS School Search and navigated to the Category completion report for students without applying any filters, the report included all student statuses (Pre-Registered, Active, Transferred, Graduated, Historical, and Inactive). This was inconsistent with the behavior when any filter, such as school, was applied to the Category completion report, where only Active and Pre-Registered students were included. This has now been resolved for the report to consistently capture only Pre-Registered and Active students, even when no filters are applied at the District Office level ensuring consistency.

Admin - Form Builder

Previously, the Lunch_ID field could be linked with form elements in the Form Builder, even though it was restricted for updates to maintain data integrity. Therefore, the field has now been disabled from the PowerSchool field list within the Form Builder.

Occasionally, form submissions were allowed without selecting a required element when those elements were mapped to the same PowerSchool field as another element in the form. This has now been resolved.

When a response list element was present in the teacher form, it sometimes did not render correctly. This has been resolved.

Admin - Student Support Plan

When administrators navigated to student forms via Response Reports, the PlanID information was not shared during the navigation. This caused form submissions to overwrite the existing linked PlanID, resulting in responses not being associated with the student support plan. This has now been resolved.

Responder - Form Response

Previously, pending form responses displayed a footer message stating Approved by: Unknown user, even when the response was still pending approval. This inconsistency has now been resolved.

Responder - Form Response

Occasionally, form submissions were allowed without selecting a required form element linked to FedEthnicity. This occurred because the FedEthnicity fields already had a value in PowerSchool SIS. As a result, the forms incorrectly considered the presence of a value in the PowerSchool SIS as the presence of a value on the form. This has now been resolved.

Responder - Form Submission

In certain cases, when a checkbox element in the forms was mapped to a PowerSchool field, the data present in the checkbox was not passed to PowerSchool SIS during form submission or approval. This has now been resolved.
