Teacher - Form Appointments

To enhance the usefulness of form appointments for teachers, a new column called Upcoming form appointments has been added to the Form Appointments section in the Teacher portal's menu: Forms -- Form Appointments.

If there are any upcoming form appointments associated with a form event, a View Appointments link will be displayed next to the respective form event. When teachers select it, a dialog window will display all upcoming events along with timestamps, a list of participants who registered, and notes for quick reference.

This enhancement streamlines the process for teachers to check upcoming appointments without navigating to the event calendar, saving clicks and time.

Admin - From Response

Previously, when the administrator approved the Pre-Registration form, the values of hidden text elements linked to PowerSchool SIS fields were updated in PowerSchool SIS regardless of the selected visibility. With this update, hidden text elements in the workflow will only be updated to SIS when they are visible.

Admin - Custom Data Validation

Previously, when the administrator set custom data validation for a date field in the Pre-Registration form, the system did not respect the minimum date value and allowed selection of dates before the minimum date within the date picker. This is now resolved, and the system no longer allows selecting dates prior to the minimum date.

Responder - Response PDF Report

Previously, when a responder exported a form response PDF, a default selection in a multiple-choice element would always appear in the exported PDF, even if another selection was made. This has been resolved.
