Parent - Pre-Registration Rejection Email Notification | A new token called $RejectedSchoolName is now supported in the body of Pre-Registration Rejection emails. This can be configured from the menu path: System Management – Enrollment Express – Define Enrollment Express Emails. The token provides relevant information about the school the candidate was rejected from. |
Admin - School Selection in Pre-Registration Forms | Previously, when administrators attempted to select a list of schools using the School Selection element within the Pre-Registration form, they had to select each school individually, resulting in many unnecessary clicks. Now, a Select All option is provided, allowing administrators to select all schools at once. This enhancement saves valuable time by eliminating the need to select each school. |
Admin - Form Email Notifications | Previously, administrators received form submission notifications with the generic subject line PowerSchool Alert. To improve clarity, the email subject lines are enhanced to provide more meaningful and specific information. The updated subject lines are as follows:
Furthermore, the email body has also been updated to provide clearer and relevant information with details such as the form name, submission date/time, along with the student or teacher number when applicable. Note: For General Survey Forms, the student or teacher number will not be included in the email body. |
