New Feature

Description

Admin - Pre-Registration Form-Specific Email Templates

Administrators can configure unique email templates for each Pre-Registration form in Enrollment Express, allowing districts and schools to tailor communications such as submission confirmations, approvals, and rejections to specific enrollment processes.

Previously, all Pre-Registration forms shared a single email configuration, limiting flexibility and customization. With this feature, administrators can manage separate templates directly within the form editor. Each form's properties include new configuration options for Parent Notifications (submission, enrollment, and rejection) and Admin Notifications (district and school submissions).

To ensure the email notification content currently configured in System Management, Enrollment Express, and Define Enrollment Express Emails is preserved, all existing email templates will be automatically copied to maintain compatibility.

This feature simplifies email management, provides flexibility, and enables more relevant and personalized communications for families and staff throughout the pre-registration process.

Each form will reference its own templates for submission and approval workflows. Therefore, the Define Enrollment Express Emails page will not be required from the menu path: System Management Enrollment Express Define Enrollment Express Emails. Additionally, if administrators want to use the new email templates in existing Pre-Registration forms, they must manually save the form once to apply the new email templates located within Form properties.

Enhancement

Description

Responder - Save for Later

To improve clarity for responders saving in-progress forms, the Save for later success dialog and header have been updated to indicate that a form has been saved but not submitted.

When a responder saves a form, the dialog shows the title Saved for Later! along with the message: The in-progress form response has been saved but has NOT been submitted. Select the Submit option to submit this form response. Additionally, when the responder returns to a saved form, the header displays a blue background with updated text: Select the Submit option to submit this form response.

These improvements will help responders clearly understand the difference between saving and submitting, reducing confusion and improving form completion accuracy for all responders (admins, students, parents, and teachers).
