ALLOVUE-2830	Add Ability to Group By on Employees Page. Configuration-> Staffing -> Employees	Admin users can now Group By on the Employees page. Users can group by the following: Last Name Start Date End Date
ALLOVUE-2822	Admin Users Can Edit Job Info Via User Interface	Previously, the Jobs page was editable via upload only. We have enhanced the page to allow users to update a single record via the user interface. Users will now see an ellipsis action menu on a job record. Selecting the menu gives users the option to edit or Archive. When you select edit, a pop-up displays where users can edit the following information. Name Class Name Compensation Plan Code
ALLOVUE-2820	Admin Users Can Edit Employee Info Via User Interface	The Employees page is editable via upload only. We have added the ability for users to edit this page via the user interface. Users will now see a pencil button on the column of an Employee record. When a user selects the Pencil icon, they can update the following fields: Code Preferred Name Middle Name Last Name Start Date End Date Note: The nightly import from the ERP may overwrite any changes made to these tables. The nightly import should not erase new job/employee records, and any changes saved to those records will not be overwritten each night.
ALLOVUE-3650	Update login email	We have updated the text in the login email when a user requests a login via email. The text now reads: “ Hi! You requested a link to log into Allovue. Thanks! The Allovue Team”
ALLOVUE-3218	Add ability to export employee assignment comparison report	We have added the ability to export the employee assignment comparison report when users have it filtered or unfiltered.
ALLOVUE-3661	Add Ability to Archive Job Types	Users can now archive Job Types in Allovue. Once archived, a user can restore or permanently delete the Job Type.
ALLOVUE-3731	Single Budget search list of budgets should be alphabetical	We have updated the single budget search list to display budgets alphabetically.
ALLOVUE-3656	Update Status Filtering for Pays and Benefits Proposals	The filtering by status has been updated for expenses, where users select from a dropdown menu instead of having a textbox.
ALLOVUE-1927	Proposal Submission/Approval Warning - Over Budget (FTE amount AND Dollar amount)	On Proposal Submission if any Allocation is over budget, then we will make sure the user understands which allocations are over budget and by how much (FTE or Dollars) and confirm the user means to submit despite the over budget Allocation(s). On Proposal Approval if any Allocation is over budget, then we will make sure the user understands which allocations are over budget and by how much (FTE or Dollars) and confirm the user means to approve despite the over budget Allocation(s). We have added warning messages to both scenarios to notify users before they submit or approval a proposal.
ALLOVUE-3118	Add Ability to Filter on Scenario-Level Employee Benefits Table	Users can now filter on the Scenario Level Employee Benefits table. Users can filter by these columns: Employee Code Segment Code Benefit Type Pay Basis Amount Start Date End Date
ALLOVUE-3765	Add Ability to Archive Formulas	Users can now archive formulas in Allovue. From Future Menu--> Allocations--> Formulas-> Archive
ALLOVUE-3721	Allow Users to Download Error Rows from Uploader	When a user is using one of our Uploaders and their CSV file contains a row that has caused an error, there is a new button called`Download Error Records CSV` that allows the user to download all the rows that have an error associated with them. The button will only show up on the last step of the upload and won’t appear if there are no errors.
ALLOVUE-3741	Add Supplemental Expenses to Variance by Account on Proposal Overview Page	With the release of supplemental expenses, we have added Supplemental Expenses to the Variance by Account on Proposal Overview page.
ALLOVUE-3603	Scenario and Proposal Supplemental Expenses should display informational tags	Scenario and Proposal Supplemental Expenses should display informational tags such as Unassigned Expenses, Expense Misalignment, and Expired Employee. The ‘Unassigned Expenses’ tag displays when the Supplemental Expense is not assigned to an Allocation or Organization. The ‘Expense Misalignment’ tag displays when the Supplemental Expense Allocation or Organization does not align with the Supplemental Expense account segments. The ‘Expired Employee’ tag displays when an invalid/inactive employee has been assigned to the Supplemental Expense.
ALLOVUE-3565	Add Ability to Duplicate Allocate Scenario	We have added the ability to duplicate scenarios in Allovue. This action will not duplicate an attached budgeting data; setting the Duplicated Scenario as Adopted will have the same effect as Adopting a New Scenario. Future > All Scenarios New Action per Scenario: Duplicate Scenario The icon for this action can be recycled from Formulas (copy_icon) Selecting Duplicate opens the Create Scenario Form pre-filled (per table below)

ALLOVUE-3769	Users Cant Download Roles CSV	We have fixed a bug in our CSV download where the user roles were not downloading in the CSV template.
ALLOVUE-3567	Need to change the Upload Pay Schedules button label to Upload Pays on Vacant Job Pays page	On the Budget > Pays and Benefits > Vacant Job Pays page, we have updated the Upload Pay Schedules button label to Upload Pays so that it matches the upload button on the Proposal > Vacant Job Pays tab.
ALLOVUE-3779	Out of Scope Positions showing on Grouped PE table	We have resolved an issue for single budget users. When grouping by jobs on the single budgets tab, out-of-scope elements are displayed for users. This issue only happened when the table used the group by feature.
ALLOVUE-3491	Sorting on FY xx Balance column (both All Accounts and Bucket Accounts tables) is not functioning correctly.	We have fixed a bug on the Buckets > Details > Accounts and sort the FY xx Balance column. Values are not sorting correctly.
