Support Process Update:

Allovue support is moving to PowerSchool Community. By adding Allovue’s finance management tools to PowerSchool’s product suite, users will now benefit from enhanced support via the PowerSchool Community. Allovue’s existing knowledge bot and support chat has migrated to the PowerSchool Community.

PowerSchool App Switcher

PowerSchool provides AppSwitcher functionality to allows your administrators and other school staff to navigate from one PowerSchool application to another. They can click the Applications icon in the banner and then select from a list of your district's PowerSchool applications.

The AppSwitcher relies on your district having single sign-on (SSO) enabled with an external identity provider so that users can navigate between PowerSchool applications without being required to sign in.

ALLOVUE-2202	Add codes to aid in Employee and Job searches.	Users can now search by employee or job code in addition to name.
ALLOVUE-2160	Implement AppSwitcher.	AppSwitcher is an internal PowerSchool system to show links between the different applications a district may have purchased. This service is now live for Allovue customers.
ALLOVUE-1487	Add warning messages to Proposal Personnel Expenses when employee record has an end date prior to current FY.	If a record has been uploaded using an employee with an end date that is PRIOR to the current FY, the following message will display “Expired Employee” with the warning triangle. (NOTE: Employees with end dates that fall within the current FY or in the future beyond the current FY are valid employees and should not issue any warnings.) If editing a record that has an employee with an ‘expired’ end date, users will see a message that says “Employee End Date Has Passed”. The user is unable to save any changes to the record unless they resolve the expired employee issue (either selecting a valid employee or deleting the expired employee).

ALLOVUE-2229	All Transaction Table being scrollable cuts off the amount.	Resolved an issue with the accounts column. The column is now fixed in place and does not require side-scrolling to review.
ALLOVUE-2213	Error in Removed Positions export when removed Personnel Expense has nil fundings.	Resolved an error that occurred when a Personnel Expense from a proposal with no fundings has been merged via an approved proposal.
ALLOVUE-2204	Manage User Export shows name/email but no longer shows Role/Budget.	Resolved an issue in Manage exports. The exports were missing users names and emails; this issue is now resolved.
ALLOVUE-2112	On Accounts pages, filters are used without being applied.	Resolved an issue that applied a filter to account exports when no filter was selected. The accounts page exports now work as desired.
ALLOVUE-1758	Pay and Benefit costs are calculated incorrectly if Vacancy Pays/Benefits contain multiple years.	This issue has been resolved. The Pay/Benefit calculation now filters the compensation plan values based on the scenario FY only.
