ALLOVUE-2355

Rename Budget Proposal Strategy and Priority Widget.

We have renamed the Priority and Strategy Proposal Updates Widget to Priority and Strategy Change Comparison.

ALLOVUE-3445

Add custom rounding of FTEs in Allocate.

Menu Path: Select Formulas > Edit Rule ( Select Proportional Staffing, Ratio-Based Staffing, Job Type Based Staffing, Sub-Group Ratio-Based Staffing, or Sub-Group Class Size) and select "Fractional FTE" rounding option. The "Round to the Nearest" field is now a custom numeric input, and it is no longer a selectable dropdown. This change enhances flexibility for users who require custom fractional rounding of FTE values beyond the previously predefined options.

Add Ability to Group by to Jobs
(Manage --> Configuration --> Jobs)

Admin users can now Group By on the Jobs page. Users can group by the following:

• Name

• Class Code

• Class Name

Admin users can now Group By on the Employees page. Users can group by the following:

• Last Name

• Start Date

• End Date

Allow Users to Archive Strategies in Manage

Users can now Archive Strategies. Archived strategies can be restored from the archive table, and users can also permanently delete archived strategies.

Add Ability to Filter on Proposal-Level Vacancy Benefits Table

Users can now filter on the Vacancy Benefits table inside a proposal. Users can filter by:

• Compensation Plan Code

• Compensation Plan Name

• Status

• Fiscal Year

• Segment Code (single segment related to this vacancy benefit)

• Benefit Type

• Pay Basis

• Amount

ALLOVUE-2837

Update Employee Deletion Confirmation Modal

We have updated the Employee Deletion confirmation Modal. The message has been updated with the following options: Cancel or Delete.

If a user selects Delete, they return to the Employees page, and the employee is no longer listed. If they select Cancel, they return and see that the employee is still listed.

Users can now filter on the Configuration → Employees page. Users can filter by:

• Code

• Preferred Name

• Last Name

• Start Date

Budget and Allocation Totals - Group By Ability

We have released the ability to Group By Allocation and Organization on the Budgets and Allocations report.

Note: Users can group by Organization and Allocation on the All Budgets report only. The Group By function is not available on the Single Budget page of the report.

ALLOVUE-1845

Modified Error Message when no dollars or FTE awarded for the allocation or organization

We have updated the warning language on the confirm and save step for expense uploads, so that if the assigned allocation/organization fails because there are no dollars or FTE awarded. The messages previously read “ no dollars or FTE are awarded at this allocation for this budget". We have updated the language in this error message to now say “Organization has zero dollars or zero FTE from this Allocation”

ALLOVUE-3393

Deleting an Allocation Used by Expenses Crash

A user cannot delete an Allocation that’s associated with an existing expense. For Allocations associated with expenses, the trash can button is grayed out. When the trash can icon is grayed out, a hover tip displays that says 'Cannot delete an Allocation with expenses assigned'.

Add Ability to Filter on Manage --> Configuration --> Jobs

We have added the ability to filter on the Manage → Configuration → Jobs page. Users should be able to filter using our normal conventions. Users can now filter by:

• Code

• Name

• Class Code

• Class Name

ALLOVUE-3561

Multi-select actions on Rules

Users can now reorganize rules by enabling multi-select actions on Rules in Formulas to adjust allocations. Previously, the only way to change which allocation a rule was assigned to was to select to edit the rule, change the dropdown, and select save for each rule type. Now, users can multi-select rules, and then change the assigned Allocation for all of those rules at once. They can also multi-select delete rules.

We have improved performance on proposal page loads.

ALLOVUE-2375

Resolved Issued: Planned Expense Report

When there is a segment type named account, the segment-related data columns (Account and Account Code) in all Planned Expense reports columns are missing data. This is happening for all Planned Expense reports (All, PEs, NPEs). This issue is now resolved and the report will run as expected.

ALLOVUE-3475

Only include accounts that have balances in the selected fiscal years

We have fixed an issue on the All Accounts page and Buckets > Accounts pages to show only accounts that have balances in the selected fiscal years. Accounts without balances can still be accessed by selecting “ View Empty Buckets”
