ALLOVUE-2839	Change Organization to Budget association (1:1)	We previously allowed users to associate as many Organizations as they liked with a single Budget. This causes issues when we display the Allocated Resources Breakdown in Budget to users. We have changed the relationship of Organizations and Budgets, and they will now have a 1:1 relationship for a cleaner user experience.
ALLOVUE-3834	Allow Additional Expense Types to be added to Dollar-Based Allocations	Once expenses are planned within an Allocation, users can now add additional expense types to Allocations even after planning has begun. If there are expenses associated with an Allocation FTE-Based Allocation: No Edits to Allowable Expense Types can be made. FTE-Based Allocations can only contain Personnel Expenses; any Expenses attached to this Allocation are Personnel Expenses. Dollar-Based Allocation: Any Existing Selections for Allowable Expense Type cannot be changed. Additional Expense Types may be added to the Allocation. Note: on Save, additional Allowable Expense Types now may not be removed. Upload Additional Expense types may be added via uploader, old selections cannot be removed via uploader. Allowable Expense Type warning text is updated (There were two different warnings in place before and we have streamlined the messaging for a cleaner user experience). No Expenses Attached Current text: This will not be editable once the Allocation has been assigned expenses. New text: Allowable Expense Types may not be removed once the Allocation has been assigned expenses. 	Add ability to Filter on Budget configuration table.	We have added the ability to filter on the Budget Configuration tables. Users can now filter the table by: Budget Name Budget Type Budget Code Budget Scope Staffing Scope
ALLOVUE-3796	Improve Allocaiton Screen Load Time.	We have resolved a performance issue with the Allocation page (configuration > allocate > allocation).
ALLOVUE-3822	Ability to archive allocations	We have added the ability for users to archive Allocations.
ALLOVUE-3551	Add Ability to Filter on Budget Config Table	We have added the ability to filter on the Budget Configuration tables. Users can now filter the table by: Budget Name Budget Type Budget Code Budget Scope Staffing Scope
ALLOVUE-3120	Add Ability to Filter on Scenario-Level Vacant Job Pays Table	Users can now filter using our normal conventions on the Scenario-Level Vacant Job Pays Table. Users can filter by these columns: Compensation Plan Code Compensation Plan Name Fiscal Year Primary (is or is not operators only) Pay Type Segment Code Pay Basis FTE Basis Amount Annual Amount
ALLOVUE-2982		In Budget Book > Settings, districts have the option to include/exclude Organizations from the School or Department pages via a picklist. The default state is now selected for all Organizations and districts have the option to “Select All” or “Deselect All”. Note: Organizations means 'connected Orgs’ - only Budgets associated with an Allocate Organization are available for budgeting. These are the only Organizations that display in the Organizations box currently. If new Organizations are added after the Budget Book is first configured, they will need to be manually selected for inclusion by the district; there is no additional automation.
ALLOVUE-3806	Unable to delete scopes within a Bucket	We have resolved an issue where scopes within a Bucket would not delete. This is now working as expected. (Configuration > Current > Buckets> Select the trash can icon)
ALLOVUE-2878	"Failed to load PDF" appearing in Budget Book for user-uploaded PDFs	We have resolved an issue with user-uploaded PDFs to budget book. Users can now successfully upload PDFs to the budget book module.
ALLOVUE-1272	PE Uploader is not labeling allocation code or org code as replaced.	We have improved the text in the Personnel Expenses uploaded to label allocation and organization code when they are being replaced.
ALLOVUE-3787	Updates to the allocation table	We have updated the allocations table to include sorting and pagination, and an updated action menu for deleting and archiving allocations.

ALLOVUE-3596	Vacant Job Pays delete all confirmation copy needs to be updated.	Confirmation modal displays copy to ‘Please type delete all Vacant Job Pays to confirm.’ When you type the message, the Delete Vacant Job Pays button remains disabled. You must type in all lower case for the button to be available. We have changed the text to all lowercase to approve the validation.
