ALLOVUE-3498

Strategy Archive and Deletion

District administrators can now manage strategies in bulk from the Strategies configuration page. On both the Active and Archived tabs, selecting one or more strategies shows a multi-select toolbar with context-specific actions—Archive for Active strategies, and Restore / Delete for Archived strategies. Administrators can also archive an individual strategy directly from its edit page.

Strategy deletion is now guarded to prevent accidental removals: a strategy must be archived before it can be deleted, and it can only be deleted if it is not associated with any transaction or proposal expense. If any selected strategy is still in use, the entire bulk delete is blocked and an explanatory message is shown.

Updated Allocate Scenario Column Order

When viewing an Allocate Scenario (Organizations tab), the scenario school summary table column order was updated so that Per‑Pupil Amount is now the 4th column. The order of columns is now:

1. Organization

2. Characteristics

3. Enrollment

4. Per‑Pupil Amount (includes Prior Year and Current per‑pupil values when prior-year data exists)

5. FTEs

6. Amount

Financial Scopes on Budget Book

In Budget Book > Settings, Financial Scopes may be configured that will apply to all underlying tables within the Budget Book, including School and Department pages.

Filtering on Benefits Packages Table

We’ve added filtering to the scenario-level Benefits Packages table in Future Planning, making it easier to narrow results and quickly find the packages you’re looking for within a scenario.

Allocated Staff Ratio Export

Users with access to Allocate are now able to extract a Staff Ratio via the Actions Menu. This export will detail the ratio of students to allocated FTE per rule, as well as the ratio of students to cumulative allocated FTE per job type.

Roles Template Fix

We noticed an issue with the template download for Roles in the Configuration section of .app. We’ve fixed the issue, so users can once again download existing Role data reliably, with no change required on the user’s end.
