Updated Overview Page Top Level Design

We have enhanced the Overview page. The page will now display the following high-level totals:

• Allocated Dollars

• Allocated FTEs

• Remaining Dollars

• Planned Dollars

• Planned FTEs

• Remaining Dollars

We have also moved the district note and Quick Links sections to their own line below the Budget Details section.

ALLOVUE-3039

Selectable Balance Type Columns in Manage.

Adds the ability to review each of the balance types for accounts as separate sortable columns, where we use the accounts table, consolidating the history/report functionality in budget so it displays account types, revenue sources, and custom attributes as well.

The Notes section is now available on the Overview page.

Update warning when no jobs are set up on Allocate.

We have revised the Scenario error message when no job types are set up in Allocate. The warning message now reads “This Scenario contains job-based rules. Add Jobs to continue with this Scenario.”

Add Ability to Filter on Proposal-Level Employee Pays

Admin users can now access filtering options on the Employee Pays tab inside a proposal. Users can filter employee pays using the following fields:

• Employee

• Segment (single segment related to this record)

• Status

• Pay Type

• Pay Basis

• FTE Basis

• Amount

• Annualized Amount

• Start Date

• End Date

Update Email and Export Copy for Variance By Account Export

With the name change from Summary of Changes to Variance by Account, we have updated the email and export copy for the Variance by Account Export to reflect the new name.

Employee Assignment Comparison Report

Menu Path:

1. In Allovue, select Budget.

2. From the All Budgets or Single Budgets tab, select Reporting.

3. Select Employee Assignment Comparison Report.

We have released a new report in our Budget Suite. The Employee Assignment Comparison Report in Allovue is a specialized report used by school districts and educational organizations to compare how employees (such as teachers, staff, and administrators) are assigned across different schools, departments, or budget codes. This report enables administrators and finance officers to analyze staffing allocations, identify discrepancies, and ensure that personnel assignments align with district policies, staffing formulas, and funding sources.

Transaction Exports to include a summary tab

We enhanced the Transaction Exports to include a summary tab for users. The summary tab includes the following information:

Variance By Account Table -- Added Group By Functionality

The Group By functionality has been added to the Variance by Account Table. The function follows our normal conventions

Results can be grouped by:

• Segment (the segment we are grouping by)

• FY XXXX Actual

• FY XXXX Revised

• FY XXXX Currently Approved

• FY XXXX Proposed

• Variance

There is a summary row under the header row that shows the total amounts. The group by will also display the “Unchanged” tag for the proposed column when necessary.

ALLOVUE-3220

Position Comparison Report Export

We have added exporting capability to the Position Comparison Report Export. To export the report, select Export Data. Once selected, an email of the report will be generated to the email associated with your account. The report can be exported in both filtered and unfiltered states.

NPE Proposal error when using Group By

We have resolved an issue that occurred when a user selected Edit Proposal on the NPE page. When the proposal was Grouped by Account, it caused the page to rest and the edit from to not display. We have resolved this issue

ALLOVUE-3267

Users Should Not Be Able to Initiate Pays and Benefits Proposals from the NPE Page

When a user is on the NPE page in Budget and creates a proposal for the first time, they are able to initiate either an expense OR a pay and benefits proposal. The expected behavior is that, when a user initiates a proposal from either the Non-Personnel or Personnel page in Budget, they can only create expense proposals. We have resolved this issue, and users cannot initiate a Pay and Benefits proposal from the NPE page.

Allocated total on revenue summary tab of scenario will not display

We have resolved an issue where the allocated total on the revenue summary tab of the scenario did not display for users. This issue has been fixed.

Staffing Assignments

We have resolved an issue that placed some staff in the wrong Budget.

Staffing Import creates PEs records with no funding

We have resolved an issue where the Staffing Import created some Personnel Expenses with incomplete funding. The Scenario Staffing Import is now working as expected.
