ALLOVUE-1933	Enhanced Proposal Summary Tab	Allovue.app--> Budget Planning--> Budget Proposals--> Summary We have enhanced our Budget Proposals Summary Tab. The new tab show an exportable Summary of Changes table. In the summary tab, users will now be able to review the following information about a proposal: Budget Name for each proposal Approval Status Widget (includes Author Name, Scenario, Fiscal Year, Created Date, and Last Updated Date) High level overview of Proposed Changes compared to the Current Budget Scenario. Upon Approval Section that highlights changes to the Budget Scenario once approved. Proposal Justification Notes New Summary of Changes Table Includes options to review variance Includes options to compare to Currently Approved Budget. Priorities and Strategy Summary Widget
ALLOVUE-1487	Personnel Expense Proposal (New Warning Message.)	We have added in new warning messages for personnel expense proposals. If a record has been uploaded using an employee with an end date that is before the current FY, a warning message will display. The message is “Expired Employee” with the warning triangle. Employees with end dates that fall within the current FY or in the future beyond the current FY are valid employees and should not issue any warnings.
ALLOVUE-2348	Personnel Expense Proposal ( New Employee dropdown).	When creating a new Personnel Expense Proposal, users will now see a drop-down list of employees to select from. The list of employees is sourced from Manage. To update your employee list follow the menu path below: Allovue.app → Manage--> Configuration--> Employees--> Upload Employees

ALLOVUE-2365	Resolved Issue: Single Budget account filtering.	Personnel expenses without allocations would not properly match your account filtering conditions in a single budget proposal. This occurred because personnel expenses are created with account stems rather than complete account strings. This issue is now resolved.
ALLOVUE-2375	Resolved Issued: Planned Expense Report	When there is a segment type named `account`, the segment-related data columns (Account and Account Code) in all Planned Expense reports columns are missing data. This is happening for all Planned Expense reports (All, PEs, NPEs). This issue is now resolved and the report will run as expected.
ALLOVUE-2464	Resolved Issue: Priority and Strategy Summary Widget	Updated the Priority and Strategy summary widget to more accurately reflect expense updates that are financial in nature to give users a more accurate representation of new or updated priority-tagged expenses.
ALLOVUE-2460	Resolved Issue: Update Summary of Changes Table to Calculate Proposed and Variance Amounts Correctly	Updated queries to ensure we’re calculating proposed and variance amounts in the Summary of Changes table on the Budget Proposals Summary Tab appropriately.
