Responder - Form Submission

Previously, if responders entered more than 4,000 characters in a paragraph field, they encountered an error when submitting the form without any clear indication that the character limit had been exceeded. This could lead to confusion and prevent successful form submission.

With this enhancement, paragraph fields now display a remaining character counter, providing real-time visibility into the available character limit. Responders can easily track their input length and ensure their responses remain within the supported limit, resulting in a smoother and more predictable form submission experience.

Admin - Response PDF Report

When an administrator attempted to export PDF reports for a form containing a Response List inside a side-by-side container, an empty (0 KB) file was generated and failed to open. This has been resolved. Exporting PDF reports for forms containing Response Lists within side-by-side containers will generate and download the complete PDF file as expected.

Admin - Form Approval

When an administrator selected a student with no linked contacts and approved a form response that contained only new contacts while the Contact Element had Calculate Contact Type or Show Contact Type enabled, the approval failed with an unexpected error. This has been resolved, and approvals for submissions containing only new contacts will complete successfully, and the contacts will be delivered to PowerSchool SIS as expected.
