Admin - Manage Response PDF Report Configuration

Introduced a new section titled Manage Response PDF Configuration within the menu path: System Management – Forms, enabling administrators to regulate the visibility of the Date of Birth field in the form response PDF report header. By default, this option is enabled; administrators may deselect and submit the setting if they prefer to exclude Date of Birth information from the form response PDF. Upon submission, this configuration is uniformly applied to all response PDF report exports across all forms and users, ensuring that newly generated response PDFs will display or omit the Date of Birth field according to the specified configuration.

Note that this enhancement requires the PowerSchool SIS version 26.6.0.0 or later.

Admin - Customize Contact Element

Previously, in the Customize Contact Element feature, if the input type was set to dropdown and linked to a code set, the dropdown showed only 100 choices, even when the code set contained more. This is enhanced to support all code sets instead of limiting to 100.

Admin - SIS Document Attachment

Previously, when administrators added a column for the SIS Document attachment element to a response report for any form containing that element and tried to download an attachment, only the first attachment downloaded successfully. Subsequent downloads failed until the page refreshed. This has been resolved.

Admin - Manage Forms

In rare cases, forms with non-Latin character sets could not be saved, throwing errors stating “encountered partial multibyte character”. This happened as the system incorrectly parsed non-Latin character sets, causing the error. This has been resolved.

EEC-42741

Responders - Notification Email

When a form included an element linked to the auto-complete function with the GEN category selected and a custom notification to report the selected value, if responders selected a value containing special characters, those characters appeared as ^^CHARACTER_NAME^^ in the resulting email. This has been resolved to render special characters normally.

Responder - Form Error

Previously, when a student transferred from one school to another and the former school had “No Access” in the share permissions on the form, while the current home school had global access, the system considered the former school rather than the student’s current home school. As a result, responders got an error even if the current school had global access. This has been resolved.

Responder - Student Mobile Phone Delivery

Previously, when users updated the Mobile Number and SMS PS fields in the Ecollect Form, the changes did not reflect correctly on the PowerSchool SIS Demographics page. This has been resolved.
