Admin - Manage Forms

Previously, when an administrator accessed Manage Forms without the Allow Extended Tables On Public Portal permission, a dialog displayed an insufficient-permissions message along with instructions on where to enable the permission.

With the Enhanced PowerSchool SIS user interface, the navigation path for this permission has changed to: System Management – Security – User Roles – User Access.

This enhancement ensures the permission dialog now reflects the correct navigation path in the enhanced interface.

Admin - Pre-Registration

Responders previously encountered the following issues with Pre-Registration forms:

• When accessing an unpublished form, the message displayed a semicolon instead of a full stop, making the message grammatically incorrect.

• For published forms, the School Preference dropdown included three blank options that users could select.

Both issues have now been resolved.

Responder - Document Attachment

Previously, when a responder attempted to upload a file to the SIS Document attachment element, uploads would fail without displaying an error message if the file name contained a Narrow No-Break Space (NNBSP) character.

This has been resolved, and responders can now successfully upload files that include this character.
