Responder - Contacts |
Previously, when responders viewed contact lists, or administrators searched for potential contact matches in the review contact window, deceased contacts could appear and be available for updates, deletion, or matching. With this improvement, contacts marked as deceased in the PowerSchool SIS are excluded from contact lists and potential match results, preventing users from viewing, modifying, matching, or automatically approving these records and helping maintain accurate and respectful student data. If a deceased PowerSchool SIS contact record already has an Original Contact Type (OCT) value, a user can select the same one using a Show Contact Type when adding a new contact in the form response; however, approval will correctly report that the OCT is not assigned. Administrators should clear the OCT value from the deceased contact and retry the approval. |

Admin - Student Forms |
When an administrator selected the Modify Current Selection option on the Student Forms Listing page to change a student selection, the Modify Current Selection window loaded blank and prevented the user from editing the selection. This has been resolved, and the Modify Current Selection window loads as expected and allows administrators to update the current selection. |

Admin - Custom Fields |
When a user submitted a form containing a Student Extension field that shared the same name as a Student Core field (such as Nationality), the entered field value was not saved to the Student Extension table in the PowerSchool SIS. This has been resolved, and when a user submits a form mapped to a Student Extension field with a matching Core field name, the field value is successfully saved to the PowerSchool SIS. |

Admin - Form Submission |
When a user submitted a form mapped to PowerSchool student address fields where records shared identical street, line 2, city, state, and postal code values (differing only in address extension fields such as AddressLine3, AddressLine4, or AddressLine5), the form submission failed with a "Could not communicate with PowerSchool" error. This has been resolved; when a user submits the form under these conditions, the extension fields are included in the lookup to identify the address record uniquely, and the form submits successfully. |
