Responders - Notification Email	When a form included an element linked to the auto-complete function with the GEN category selected and a custom notification to report the selected value, if responders selected a value containing special characters, those characters appeared as ^^CHARACTER_NAME^^ in the resulting email. Admin - Contact Approval	Previously, when a parent entered a new contact in the form response that administrators matched with an existing contact with data access enabled, administrators encountered the error: “Contact failed the approval due to unexpected errors” when approving from the Review Contacts window. This error blocked that contact and other contacts from being delivered to PowerSchool SIS, leaving the form response pending approval. This has been resolved.	EEC-43577
