Admin - Apply Contacts |
Parents with students at multiple schools previously faced issues with the "Apply All" or "Apply Contact To" feature. When administrators tried to approve and deliver contacts applied from one student's form response to another student via these features, approval failed for the latter student if they were at different schools, and administrators received the error message: "Unable to successfully perform contact update for [student name] while attempting Apply All of these Contacts To." This enhancement improves behavior to support Apply Contacts regardless of students’ schools. |

Previously, updating a contact phone number to a placeholder like 000-000-0000 in the PowerSchool SIS Contact Management page caused pending approval form responses with that contact to error when users tried to approve them. The error prevented the Contact review window from loading, blocking the approval process. This has been resolved. |
