Using the Set the Quick Incident Action Association setting, define whether users can associate an action with a participant or a behavior or Either when creating Incident or quick incidents. If associating an action with a participant, each action will have its own section on the Participant tab.
If Participant is selected, each action is automatically associated to the participant. The Assign Action To dropdown is not displayed, and the action is assigned directly to the participant.
If Behavior is selected, the Assign Action To dropdown displays all behaviors linked to the participant. A behavior selection is required before the action can be saved. The option to associate to the participant is not available.
If Either is selected, the Assign Action To dropdown displays both participant and behavior options. You can choose the appropriate association for each action.
This setting may be defined at any time.
Set the Action Association

Navigate to the All Incidents page.

Click Action Association.

Choose Participant or Behavior, or Either from the Set the Quick Incident Action Association popup menu. The default is set to Participant.

Click Submit.
