Access PowerBuddy from the top navigation, enter a question, or select a prompt to get more information.

Review chat logs

1. Click the PowerBuddy icon from the top navigation and select Chat history.

2. Optionally, search for a specific chat or show only flagged chats.

3. Click on the chat date.

4. Review the chat details.

5. Optionally, click Download to save the chat as a .txt file.
