My Account
Account information
To review your account information, select My Account.
From General Information, review any personal, contact, and academic information included in your account.
From Parents/Guardians, review parent information, if available.
From Security, review and update your username and password.
Edit information
Click edit from any card to update the corresponding information. If the card does not display the option to edit, you cannot update the information in Naviance Student.
Reset password
Students, parents, and guardians may be able to reset their passwords.
From Naviance Student, select My Account.
Select Security,
From the Password card, select edit.
Enter the Old Password and New Password, then confirm the new password.
Click Save.
