Transfer Lottery Results

Depending on your permission settings, you have the option to transfer the lottery results back to the Submission workspace. This is often used if you want to deliver the results back to your Student Information System.

If multiple births are enabled within the same form, lottery results fields will need to be added for each multiple birth.

To transfer lottery results:

1. Click Transfer Lottery Results Data in the School Choice workspace tools.
2. Click Multiple Round Transfer.
3. After processing completes, click Close.
