A workspace is where you store, access, and manage student data within your solution. Each form has a workspace or set of workspaces, depending on the use of the form. Workspaces display in tabs on the form’s dashboard page within Student Data.
Each tab represents a phase of your business process:
- The Roster workspace is where you manage student information before form submission.
- The Pre-submission workspace displays in-progress form data as families are filling out the forms before submitting.
- The Submission is where you can manage student information submitted by families.
- The School Choice workspace contains records that can be processed through the lottery.
You can interact with student records as they progress through the process using the workspace tabs. Records within each workspace are displayed by workflow status view and can be selected to complete tasks.
