Navigation: System Management, Data, Deletion Status.
The status of the partial data deletion and full record deletion will be displayed.

You can filter the deletions by name, status and date.

You can download the deletion details for the selected batch in CSV or PDF formats.
For full record deletion, the deletion status must be in Scheduled to download the deletion batch details.

Select the Actions to cancel or reschedule the deletion. You can only reschedule a deletion for a future date.
The status must be in Scheduled to cancel or reschedule the records/data.
Status and the meaning of the deletions:

Scheduled |
The deletion has been scheduled. You can download the records/data that has been selected for deletion in CSV or PDF formats. |
|
Completed |
The scheduled deletion has been completed and the records/data that has been selected for deletion are permanently removed from the database. |
|
Cancelled |
The scheduled deletion has been cancelled. |
|
Failed |
The scheduled deletion failed. Contact the system administrator to check the logs. |

Select Change History to view the change logs.

You can filter the change logs based on the start and end dates.

You can filter the change logs by the Batch ID, Changed by, Deletion date, Status and Field changed.
