Dashboards on a District level

At the district level, the visibility of dashboard widgets for each school can be configured by administrators.

Dashboards on a School level

The Dashboard provides detailed views of Attendance, Enrollment, and Incident data.

Widgets generally utilize the complete date range of the selected term; however, if the term includes the current date, the end date is set to the date the widget is accessed.

Attendance Dashboard

The Attendance Dashboard contains widgets that present attendance data in various formats and can be customized to support specific data analysis needs, such as Daily Attendance by Code Category, Daily Attendance by Grade, Meeting Attendance by Code Category, and Meeting Attendance by Grade.

Each widget includes filtering, sorting, and viewing options, allowing users to explore data using criteria such as Student Name, Student Number, Date, Day of Week, Weeks Prior, Weeks Prior Label, Attendance Code, Code Category, Gender, Race, and Period.

Default Present Codes are excluded from the Daily and Meeting Attendance Widgets.

Enrollment Dashboard

The Enrollment Dashboard contains widgets that provide insight into current and historical enrollment trends through multiple customizable categories such as Enrollment by Term, Current Enrollment by Race, Current Enrollment by Gender, Current Enrollment by Grade, Entry Code by Term, and Exit Code by Term.

Each widget includes filtering, sorting, and viewing options, enabling users to explore data using criteria such as Student Name, Student Number, Gender, Race, and Date.

The Entry/Exit Code counts each individual entry, including multiple entries for the same student.

Incident Dashboard

The Incident Dashboard contains widgets that provide behavioral data organized by key attributes to help identify trends and areas of concern, with categories such as Incidents by Action, Incidents by Grade, and Incidents by Location.

Users will only see incident types they have permission to access.

Additional Feature:
Detailed reports can be accessed by right-clicking any widget and selecting Go to Details. The report will open in a new tab and provide a table view of the selected segment of students.
