Budgets Overview (Manage)
Budgets are collections of buckets grouped according to admin-defined rules and filters.

Code Required | A unqiue identifier for this budget. | Characters | 910 |
Segment Type | Segment the budget will be scoped to. | Characters | cost_centers |
Operator | How the budget will be matched to codes with the given segment code. | Characters | is not |
Segment Code | The segment code to match against. | Characters | 989 |
Scope type | Used to distinguish between dollars and staffing scopes. Can be either 'dollars' or 'staffing', defaults to 'dollars' if missing. | Characters | dollars |
