Enhancements

FeatureDescription
District Admin - Administrative Access to ChecklistsUsers with the Administrator role can now access the Permissions & Profiles page for a checklist even if they do not have permission to it themselves yet, allowing them to start assigning permissions to themselves and others without first needing the district's Specialist to assign permissions to them.
District Admin - Administrative Access to FormsUsers with the Administrator role can now access the Permissions & Profiles page for a form even if they do not have permission to it themselves yet, allowing them to start assigning permissions to themselves and others without first needing the district's Specialist to assign permissions to them.
District Admin - Back Out of Entering Show If Logic on Pages

When defining Show If logic on Pages within the Form Builder, if there are no rules yet defined, the district administrative user can use the Back button to return to the main Edit Page dialog without first needing to define a valid rule, effectively allowing the user to cancel out of adding the Show If logic.

District Admin - Duplicate Predefined Lists

District administrative users can duplicate an existing Predefined List, allowing the user to create a new list replicating the configuration of the original list without needing to create it from scratch.

District Admin - Search for Blanks within Translations

When filtering translations on either the Translations tab in the form builder or the Translations tab on the Settings page, the district administrative user can now search for blanks within the selected non-English language, allowing the user to locate all values currently missing translations.

Resolved Issues

IssueDescription
Admin - Form Builder Translation Filtering Result CountWhen filtering within the Translations tab within the Form Builder, the result count of the query always indicates 0 results even when results are found. This issue is now resolved.
Admin - Form Scheduled Status Date/TimeWhen setting a form's status to Scheduled, either on the Forms page or within the Form Builder, after reloading the page, the scheduled start date/time and end date/time appear five hours later than intended, though the intended value is stored correctly in the database. This issue is now resolved.
Admin - Recurring Email LogThe aggregate Recurring Email Log accessed from the Recurring Emails page opens without the common menu or header present. This issue is now resolved.
District Admin - Cloning Elements with Newly-Entered TranslationsWhen cloning elements within the Form Builder where the original elements contain newly-entered translations, the cloned elements do not contain the newly-entered translations. This issue is now resolved.
District Admin - Defining Required If or Show If Logic on Copied ElementsWhen defining Required If or Show If logic on a newly-copied element within the Form Builder, the defined logic is not properly saved and is incorrectly updated with logic defined on the original element. This issue is now resolved.
District Admin - Dragging Elements within Form PageWhen editing a form within the Form Builder, elements are able to be dragged down the page indefinitely beyond the last element on the page. This issue is now resolved.
District Admin - Editing Label and Note Properties within Form BuilderWhen editing Label and Note properties on elements within the Form Builder, users are able to enter HTML, which does not render appropriately within the preview or live forms. HTML is not supported within Label and Note properties. This issue is now resolved, and the less-than (<) and the greater-than (>) characters can no longer be entered into Label and Note properties.
District Admin - Editing Rich Text Content within Form BuilderWhen editing Paragraph elements, Additional Content items, or any of their translations on the Translations tab within the Form Builder, if the rich text input is left while in Source mode, the value is not saved. This issue is now resolved.
District Admin - Editing Submission Confirmation Email PropertiesWhen editing the properties of a form's submission confirmation email within the Form Builder, if the From address property is left containing an invalid email, the value is not saved. This issue is now resolved.
District Admin - Inline Validation Messages on Paragraph ElementsIf a Paragraph element within the Form Builder has an empty Content property when the property inspector is closed, no inline validation message is displayed, and the property inspector is closed inappropriately. This issue is now resolved.
District Admin - Previewing Form with Additional Languages After Adding New Date, Email, or Phone FieldAfter adding a new Date, Email, or Phone field to a form with additional languages enabled, when previewing the form, validation errors occur indicating that translations are missing for the Validation Message property of the field. The stored translations for the standardized validation messages should be used for each of these element types. This issue is now resolved.
District Admin - Publishing Form with Additional LanguagesWhen publishing a form within the Form Builder with additional languages enabled, validation messages are sometimes triggered regarding missing Payment page translations when the form doesn't have a Payment page. This prevents the publication of the form. This issue is now resolved.
Enrollment Admin - Delivering Students to PowerSchool SIS via the APIWhen delivering students to PowerSchool SIS, if both PowerQueries and protective checks are enabled, delivering an existing student results in an error, preventing delivery. This issue is now resolved.
Enrollment Parent - Accessing Family DashboardWhen accessing the family dashboard as a parent, if the new UI is enabled and the number of appointment slots available for the school exceeds the maximum parameters allowed, an unexpected error is received, preventing access to the Family portal. This issue is now resolved.
Enrollment Parent - Accessing Form After Creating an AccountWhen a family is accessing a private or restricted form, if the form is using the mobile responsive user interface and the family is creating an account, upon account creation, the user is brought to the dashboard page; they should be brought to the introduction page of the form. This issue is now resolved.
Enrollment Parent - Submitting a Form with a Multi-line Input FieldWithin a form, if there is a Dropdown field and a Multi-line input field where the field name for the Multi-line input field is the beginning of the Dropdown field name, submission is prevented; the field is marked as required even if there is data in the field. This issue is now resolved.
Enrollment Parent - Submitting a Form with a Required Dropdown FieldWhen submitting a form, if a required Dropdown field shares a similar field name to another Dropdown field and no value is selected, on the Review & Submit page the red Requirement label is not applied even though it will prevent families from submitting their form if a value is not selected. This issue is now resolved.
Parent - View English Display Values within Dropdown Fields Missing TranslationsWhen viewing a form in a non-English language, if the Predefined List referenced by a Dropdown field does not contain translations in the selected language for any list options, the display values will now default to the English value instead of appearing blank. This issue is now resolved.
Registration Parent - Using Address Suggestion with School LocatorWhen a form has both School Locator and Address Suggestion enabled, the School Locator map takes too long to load after clicking on the Find Zoned School button. This issue is now resolved.
