Files

Use the Files page to upload files to PowerSchool Enrollment, then make those files available to parents by copying and pasting the link where the file should be referenced - either within the form builder or a communication template. Supported file types include BMP, DOC, DOCX, GIF, JPEG, JPG, PDF, and PNG. At a glance, you can view the name of the file, the last modified date/time of the file, and the user that last modified the file.

The Files page is only available if you have security permissions to manage files.

If a file has been uploaded by PowerSchool Specialist, the Last Modified By appears as PowerSchool Support.

The files will be publicly accessible. Files are intended to be supplemental or informational. Do not upload files containing personally identifiable or sensitive information.
