Manage Phone Numbers

A contact's phone number may be added when creating a new contact or when editing an existing one.

Field-level security may be used to restrict phone information (PHONENUMBER.PHONENUMBERASENTERED, PHONENUMBER.PHONENUMBER, and PHONENUMBER.PHONENUMBEREXT). For more information, refer to Field Level Security.

View Phone Numbers

1. On the start page, search for and select a contact. 

2. Scroll to the Phone Numbers section and review the information.

Add a Phone Number

1. Click Add Phone. 

2. Enter the required information.

3. Click Submit. 

To update a phone number, click Edit for the phone number you want to work with.
