Incident and participant templates are used when you create or edit an incident at the district and school levels.
Incident and participant templates are available to users with PowerSchool SIS Administrator version 26.5.0.0 or later.
Incident template

Use an incident template to simplify recording an incident.

Each incident populates different fields on the Incident details page.

Fields that were populated from the incident template can be edited and updated based on the incident requirements.

You can edit the populated fields when creating/editing the incident from a template.

Some common fields that might be overwritten while changing the templates:

Participant template

Selecting a participant template will add behaviors, actions, and objects to the participant.
