Contact Log

If your school records all instances of communication concerning a student's medical health, you can use the Contact Log page to collect, track, and manage this type of student health information.

Only applicable if using Enhanced Health Management.

1. Navigate to the Contact Log page.

2. Click Add.
   

3. Enter information as needed. If the district bills Medicaid for services, the Medical Code is the code used for billing.

4. Click Save.
