Staff login

If you will not use single sign-on to log in to Naviance for Elementary and have a Naviance 6 - 12 account, log in to Naviance for Elementary with your Naviance ID.

Log in with a Naviance ID

1. Navigate to https://succeed.naviance.com. Alternatively, navigate to https://(district name).elem.naviance.powerschool.com and select Sign in to Naviance Staff. 

2. Click Sign in with Naviance ID.

3. Enter your email and password, and then click Log In.

Add your elementary profile to Naviance ID

If you have at least one big Naviance account, you must claim your Naviance ID for your elementary account.

You must use the same email address in all your user accounts to add profiles to your existing Naviance ID.

1. Locate and open the email you received that includes information about claiming your Naviance account profile.

2. From the email, select Click here to accept the invitation.

3. Enter your email and password, and then click Log In. The school is added to your list of profiles.

Access Naviance for Elementary from Naviance 6 - 12

1. From Naviance 6 - 12, navigate to the gear icon and select Switch Profile.

2. From the Active Profile list, choose an elementary school. Naviance for Elementary opens in a new browser tab.
