Form Builder

Use the Form Builder to customize forms to meet your district's needs. Form Builder must be enabled for your account by PowerSchool Enrollment.

To access the application, choose Configuration from the main menu, then Form Builder. For a video overview of accessing Form Builder, refer to Form Builder- Access.
