Publish a Form

Use the Publish function to create a published version of the form and make it available to parents.

1. From the main menu, select Configuration, then Form Builder.

2. Select the form you want to work with.

3. Click Publish.

4. If there are validation errors, click Review Errors.

   • Errors must be corrected before publishing the form.

5. If there are no validation errors, one of the following messages displays:

   • Publishing the form will create the published version of the form. To make it available to parents, change the status to "Open" or "Scheduled."

   • Publishing the form will update the published version of the form. To make it available to parents, change the status to "Open" or "Scheduled."

   • The form is currently open. Publishing the form will update the live version of the form, and parents will see your changes immediately.

6. Click Publish.
