Admin - Navigating Back to Parent Pages | When on any child or detail page within the Admin Portal, there is now a "Back to..." link at the top of the page that provides the user context of where they are (e.g., "Back to Annual Re-Registration (2019-2020)") and allows the user to easily navigate back to the parent page of the current page (e.g., when on a submission record detail page, it allows the user to get back to the main Submission Workspace page for that form). |
District Admin - Selecting English Content for Translations | When on the Translations tab within a Form Builder or Settings, the district administrative user can now click on the English value to immediately highlight it, allowing the user to copy the value by using a keyboard shortcut or right-clicking. |

Admin - Clicking External Link | When clicking an external link on a page within the Admin Portal (e.g., a link within a communication template), the external site is sometimes loaded within the iframe within the Admin Portal. This issue is now resolved. |
Admin - Delivering a Student with Possible Contact Matches to eSchoolPlus via the API | When delivering a student to eSchoolPlus via the API and there are unresolved potential matches for contacts, delivery is prevented as expected; however, the error message states “The student must be matched before continuing delivery.“, when the reason for failed delivery was due to unmatched contacts, not the student. This issue is now resolved. |
Admin - Delivering Students to the PowerSchool SIS via the API | When delivering student records to the PowerSchool SIS via the API, if the delivery fails, and that failure is due to unresolved potential matches, the delivery tag is not applied. This issue is now resolved. |
Admin – Delivering Students to the PowerSchool SIS via the API | When delivering students to the PowerSchool SIS, if a phone number for a contact is deleted in the PowerSchool SIS through the UI, sequence numbers do not get updated, leaving a gap between numbers. Within Enrollment, attempting to deliver phone records when there are gaps sequence numbers in the PowersSchool SIS results in an error, “Sequence contains no matching element”, preventing delivery. This issue is now resolved. |
Admin - Delivering PowerSchool SIS Required Fields | When delivering a student to the PowerSchool SIS via the API and a field is marked as required in the PowerSchool SIS, but is not included in delivery, an error, “Message from server: Empty value is not allowed”, prevents delivery; this error does not indicate which field is causing the error, causing confusion. The error now includes the field name. |
Admin – Downloading PDFs Using the Print Forms Task | When downloading a PDF using the Print Forms task in the submission workspace, the file is saved as Submissions.pdf; the single quotes around the file name prevents the user’s computer from detecting the file type, requiring the user to change the name before opening. This issue is now resolved. |
Admin - Main Menu Item Selections | The main menu in the Admin Portal does not always display the appropriate selected menu item. This issue is now resolved. |
Admin - Updating Fields in Powerschool SIS One-To-Many Extension Tables via the API | When delivering records to the PowerSchool SIS, if you are delivering to a one-to-many extension table and the delivery schema is defined as OTM Auto, fields ending with ID are not being updated even though they are included in delivery. This issue is now resolved. |
Admin – Viewing Checklists through the Admin Portal | When attempting to view checklists by clicking Checklist in the left navigation menu, if the user account also has a family account, the Checklists page loads indefinitely, preventing the user from accessing the page. This issue is now resolved. |
District Admin - Filtering Accounts within Permissions | The search box at the top of the Manage Permissions & Profiles page for a form allowing a district administrative user to search for accounts based on the user's name, assigned profile, or assigned workspace filters is no longer there. This issue is now resolved. |
District Admin - Filtering Translations within Form Builder | When filtering within the Translations tab of a Form Builder, the non-English language option in the filter menu does not always match the selected language on the Translations tab. This issue is now resolved. |
District Admin - Permission Manage Communication Templates Task | Access to the Manage Communication Templates task within the Roster Workspace and the Pre-Submission Workspace is controlled by the Manage Communication Templates permission within the Submission section of a Profile, instead of the appropriate permission within the Roster section and Pre-Submission section of a Profile respectively. This issue is now resolved. |
District Admin - Permission Send Emails, Print Letters, and Print Labels Tasks | Users with the Administrator role can now assign permissions to the Send Emails, Print Letters, and Print Labels tasks within Profiles without first defining templates of those types. |
District Admin - Previewing Forms with Ampersands in Inline List Option | When previewing a form containing an ampersand (&) within an inline list option, a server error or a "Too Many Redirects" browser error is displayed instead of the form preview. This issue is now resolved. |
District Admin - Translating Inline List Options | When entering translations for list options numbered 10 and higher on the Translations tab of a Form Builder, the entered translations do not save. This issue is now resolved. |
District Admin - Uploading Supplemental Files | District administrative users are unable to upload supported file types if the file extension contains upper case letters, and instead are told that the file type is not supported. This issue is now resolved. |
