Admin Attendance: Admit Slips 'Return from Absence'

The purpose of the Return from Absence option is to provide an admit slip for a student when Attendance records should not be updated. For example: Student is at the principal's office, and is returned to class, but we do not want a Late record to appear in their Attendance records. This allows the teacher to know the Late is valid.
