Fee Management
Fee Management displays all student-related fees for a student within the PowerSchool system. You can use the Fee Management page to view a wide variety of fee types and information such as the date fees were added, fee type, description, student name, course, due date, payment status, and financial amounts associated with a student for the current school and year.
Fee Management for Districts
District administrators can view and download the fee report for specific schools from their district.
Fee Management for Schools
Using the Fee Management page, you can view and filter detailed student fee records by a variety of criteria such as student name, course, due date, fee type, GL code, and payment status.
View a Fee
Navigate to the Fee Management page.
Select the filters from the dropdown list.
Enter a value for the selected filter and click apply.
Select a column to filter such as Fee type, Payment status or Date added.
Choose a filter condition such as =, >, <, or Range to select a comparison operator.
Enter a filter value, such as amount, date, or keyword depending on the column type.
Select a fee to view the fee details. A sliding panel displays the fee type, name of the student, school, course, the dates added against the fee, GL code, and payment reference number.
Clicking the student name will navigate to the student’s Fee Transaction page.
Download a report
Click Download report.
Select the fields to include in the report.
Click Download.
A csv file with the selected fields and values are downloaded.
You can customize how many items are displayed per page, with a maximum of 100 items per page.
