Admin - Student form response

When an administrator accessed a student form response, it failed to load when any form element title or description contained a character sequence that resembled a date. This problem occurred because the system attempted to convert the sequence into the date format specific to the locale with which the user was logged in, leading to a failure. The issue has now been resolved, ensuring student form responses load correctly regardless of form element title and description content.
