Allovue Accounts Page

The Accounts Page provides the most granular level information about a selected Budget’s configuration. In this page, account data can be filtered, grouped and sorted by user defined fields.

Review Current Spending in All Accounts (Admin Users)

  1. From Current, select All Accounts.

  2. Choose the drop-down menu and select the Budget Name and Bucket Name.

  3. To review account level transactions, Navigate to the account and select View.

  4. A new window will display with Account Transactions.

    1. From the account level, you can review received, encumbrances, and planned dollars for this account.

Review Current Spending in Assigned Budgets (Assigned Budget Users)

  1. From Current, select the desired Budget (some users may have more than one budget to Navigate through)

  2. Select Overview to review account level data.

  3. The buckets configured by your district administrator will display in the Money tab.

  4. Select View Details to review account level data in that bucket.

    1. From this page, you can review Purchase Orders, Accounts and Transactions.

  5. Choose the drop-down menu and select the Budget Name and Bucket Name.

You may also filter by Fiscal year to review total spending in that fiscal year.

Note: The Accounts tab will still display any Account that has any historical transaction, regardless of Fiscal Year filtering.

Filter Accounts

All accounts have the option to be filtered by users. To apply a filter to your screen, follow the instructions below:

  1. Select Buckets.

  2. Choose the drop-down menu Budget Name and Role Name.

  3. Select View Details of the Bucket you would like to review.

  4. Select Accounts.

  5. Select Filter By.

  6. Enter the filter requirements.

    1. Select + Add Scope to add additional filters.

  7. Select Apply Filter.

Account Type can be only be filtered by is or is not an Expenditure or Revenue account.

Export Bucket Account Details (Assigned Budgets Users)

  1. Select Buckets.

  2. Choose the drop-down menu Budget Name and Role Name.

  3. Select View Details of the Bucket you would like to review.

  4. Select Accounts.

  5. Select Export.

The export will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Ensure that support@allovue.com is on your list of approved senders.
