Overview
This hotfix addresses an issue where TWebOLR will not allow the migration of forms that have duplicate contacts.

- Core Trillium v. CT 3.16.00 and higher;
- Trillium Agent v.2.90.10;
- Via Online Forms (OLR and Demographic Updater) 3.5.1 or newer;
- Via Platform 1.2.7 or newer;
- TWebServices-Auth v.5.40.10;
- TWebSchAdmin 5.40.40.
Important Note: You must be running TWebOLR 1.70.10 to install 1.70.10.01.

Migration | TWebOLR was not allowing the migration of forms which had duplicate contacts. Clicking Continue or Skip on the duplicate contact form had no effect.
