Release Notes

FunctionDescriptionClient ticket #JIRA
SnapshotThis version of OnSIS has been modified to use the school semester preference information recorded on the School Years window when run in conjunction with Core Trillium 4.15.00
SnapshotIn some situations at a Quadmester or Octomester school, students with an FTE of 225 were not reported as FT.  This has been corrected.05538073TRILL-10106

As required by the Ministry, the Care and Treatment OnSIS submission now reports a submission period type code of ‘ECPP’. If a board is reporting the submission file for 2019-2020 or earlier, the user will need to edit the transmission file and replace the ‘ECPP’ value with the previous ‘CTCC’ value in order for the file to be processed successfully.

Snapshot, Transmission

Snapshots and Transmission files for CTCC or ECPP schools did not include information from multiple sites when using a working school bsid. This has been corrected. Snapshots will need to be generated prior to creating transmission files to pick up all needed student data.

Students transferred after the October/March 31st count date having FTE to report for those count dates will have their main school flag reported as 'F'.

SnapshotElementary students who have left their shared school during the submission while still active in their home school are no longer excluded from the OnSIS submission file.
SnapshotStudents who had left school during the previous submission period are no longer included in the June submission period.05800699
