| OnSIS Snapshot | Six additional course offering types have been introduced for the reporting of Literacy & Numeracy courses. These course offerings are to be determined at the student level, not the course level. The OnSIS Snapshot will determine the appropriate course offering to assign to the student. | OnSIS Snapshot | As SHSM course information is no longer reported in the OnSIS Secondary and OnSIS Night transmission files, all related validation rules are closed. | CSV Imports | For the CTCC submission, boards that do not depart all students at the end of the year must download both the Student School Enrolment and the Transition Dates .csv files from the Ministry OnSIS site as the first step of the submission process. | OnSIS Transmission | The Ministry has requested the submission of SHSM Sector-Partnered Contextualized Experience information for both enrolled and non-enrolled SHSM students who have completed their program.
