Agenda

Overview

Agenda under the Classroom submenu is a quick, graphic way to see your own class schedule or your students' schedules.

From the 

From the home form of Via, click Classroom on the left end of the blue bar across the top of the form. Then click Agenda. 

On the resulting scrollable form, with no student selected, you'll see your own Class schedule, assuming you are viewing a day on which you're scheduled. When displaying any schedule, clicking the left arrow at the top, right corner of the schedule graphic takes you back in time by whatever period of time is chosen in the top, middle of this form; either month, week or day. Clicking the right arrow at the top, right corner of the schedule graphic takes you ahead in the same way.

To view a student's Agenda: click Student Selector.  You can either search on the student's first or last name, or you can scroll down to locate the one you want. Your students are grouped by Homeroom, then by Classes. 

 Note: Green bars indicate Special Ed. students; red, a medical alert. Click the student's name to display her Agenda.

To see other information about the student, click the student's name next to her photo on the tab card at right. Choose an area to explore, from the resulting picklist:
