CST_VLDGroup (ver7.7.0)
This table is used for state reporting. It contains the definition of validation groups. One or more rules may be associated with a group.

WhenCreated | 7.7.0 | Timestamp | Date and time the record was created. Defaults to system date. |
WhenModified | 7.7.0 | Timestamp | Date and time the record was modified. Defaults to system date. |
